South Park High School, in conjunction with Human Services Administration Organization, will offer high school students and their families the opportunity to attend a virtual seminar entitled, “Foundations: Pathways to Success, Wellness and Connection.” The virtual seminar will be offered via Zoom on Wednesday, December 16 at 7 p.m. Families who wish to register must complete this online form. Space is limited. Families who register will be provided with the link to the Zoom seminar on December 16.
“Foundations: Pathways to Success, Wellness and Connection” will focus on three main areas:

Staying motivated during the pandemic: setting goals, managing time and communicating needs

Maintaining wellness: self-care, coping and the science behind resiliency and the brain

Dealing with loneliness and boredom: social isolation, screen-time and emotional connectivity during the pandemic
