High School Mathematics Teacher
My name is Jennifer Moser and this is my 13th year teaching at South Park.  I graduated from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio with a degree in Mathematics and Business.  I truly love teaching and have a passion for what I do.  I have two children, a son that is 6 years old and a daughter that is 5 years old.   They monopolize my time that is not spent at South Park.

WHAT DOES STUDENT SUCCESS LOOK LIKE IN MY CLASSROOM?

In order to be successful in my classes, it is important to come to class daily prepared (with your textbook, binder and something to write with) and ready to learn.

It is crucial for students to be actively involved in class.  It has been proven that students who are actively involved in class tend to retain more information which in turn improves your learning.  Participation in discussions, class activities and questioning of material is also necessary for your full understanding of mathematics.  Become involved!!!  I expect this of you.
It is found that a high rate of attendance is linked with course success.  We will be doing an abundance of in-class work/activities and there will be a lot of one-on-one attention during class time, therefore you should put forth your best effort to miss as little class as possible.
