Following Governor Tom Wolf’s and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine’s amended large gathering order, the following spectator procedures for indoor and outdoor district events this fall will be in effect beginning immediately. These procedures are subject to change at any time. Spectators must adhere to all district health and safety guidelines at all times while on district property to ensure the health and well-being of students, staff and spectators. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in removal from the district event.

Varsity Football

No change in procedures from our last communication. All football players, cheerleaders and members of the South Park High School marching band will each receive two (2) spectator tickets for varsity football games at Eagle Stadium. Admission is by ticket only. Tickets will not be sold at the gate. No visiting fans are permitted at varsity football games.

All varsity football spectators are to park in the upper stadium parking lot and use the ticket booth farthest from Ridge Road. Accessible parking by permit only will be available in the fieldhouse parking lot (lower level). Only those with an accessible parking permit will be permitted to enter the stadium from the lower fieldhouse. Gates will open at 5:45 p.m. While at Eagle Stadium, football game spectators are not permitted at field level. Spectators may only use entrances and exits at the top of the bleachers, unless they are parked in the accessible parking lot at the fieldhouse. No varsity football spectator parking is permitted on the South Park High School campus.

Girls’ and Boys’ Soccer (JV and Varsity), JV Football, Middle School Football

Tickets or passes are no longer required. The first 300 spectators (either from South Park or a visiting team) will be permitted entry to Eagle Stadium. Should the 300-person limit be reached, no additional spectators will be permitted inside Eagle Stadium. The fieldhouse gate will open one hour prior to event start time. All spectator parking for soccer, JV football and middle school football will be at South Park High School. Only those with accessible parking permits are allowed to park at the fieldhouse. All other spectators must park at the high school and walk up to the fieldhouse.

Varsity, JV and Middle School Volleyball

No change in procedures from our last communication. Admission is by pass only. All volleyball players have each received two (2) spectator passes. Tickets will not be sold at the gate. No visiting fans are permitted at volleyball games.
