South Park School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Corey Fischer as the head varsity baseball coach.
Coach Fischer is a decorated former pitcher at Waynesburg University who was a 2022 All-PAC honorable mention. Before that he played for four years at Bethel Park where he was a two-time letter winner. He most recently served as an assistant coach for his high school alma mater and was the junior varsity head coach there as well. He also coached Beaver Valley baseball, a premiere travel organization in the northeast, for the past four seasons.
Coach Fischer takes over an Eagles squad that made the WPIAL 3A playoffs in 2023 and claimed the WPIAL 3A championship in 2022.
